ORGANIZATIONAL
NEUROSCIENCE

Why is necessary that leaders and employees understand how their brains work at work? What can be done to foster employees' engagement and high performance during change and uncertainty? Is employees' engagement truly their sole responsibility or is it a brain's reaction to their working environments? Organizational neuroscience explains what needs to happen in our brains and minds before it happens in our organizations and life.

Who I am

From Lawyer to Neuroscientist…
Let me tell you my story…

I am a Mexican lawyer residing in Germany, with extensive expertise in international corporate law. Because my journey has led me to explore the dynamic intersection of law, organizational neuroscience, and coaching I have also become a neuroscientist and a certified coach.

With over 25 years of experience, I have guided numerous multinational companies through intricate corporate transactions, negotiations, compliance matters, and corporate governance issues. And now driven by a profound passion for personal growth and human potential, I am immersing myself in the transformative field of organizational neuroscience and I am dedicated to enabling individuals and organizations to create lasting impact.
